Surface attachments are screwed on Beta Branch on Clone (Alt+Click)

Due works related to #307, the Beta branch ended up with the surface attachments screwed.

Looking closely, this is different from what was happening on legacy branch - on legacy, everything was grouped on the center, while now, the displacement is wrong.

net-lisias-ksp/KSP-Recall#80 strongly suggests exactly that. With enable is being set to true on Merge since KSP 1.9, TweakScale's code that was relying on the opposite will be fired up prematurely, screwing up the process...
