both ships have the same basic button mapping, numbers 1 2 and 3 open and close air ducts for increased airflow or to decrease drag, 4 is to engage the jet engines, 5 is to engage the rocket boosters, and 9 is to open and close cargo bay. also, BEFORE YOU DE-ORBIT THEM! transfer all fuel weight as far forward as you can, to the nose, and the two tanks just behind the cockpit, why? to ensure more stability and decrease chances of over maneuvering during reentry, and if you keep the nav-ball inline with the AP marker, you should do just fine, just follow it down until the plane is no longer hypersonic (on fire) kick on the jets and find a safe lace to land also, i like to time warp in the upper atmosphere just to squeeze more air out of the intakes before i hit the rockets
