This allows the Stearwing A300 to do a parachute released airdrop of a small rover.
You can replace the payload on the pallet with anything you'd like, just make sure to reattach the arm with the drogue. Because of how KSP handles parachutes, it must extend to the open rear cargo bay.
To use it:
1. Press 0 twice to open the rear door
2. Stage to open the drogue chute
3. Stage again to allow the payload to be pulled out of the cargo bay
4. Open the small Cargo bay holding the parachute on top of the rover (This is a workaround for a KSP bug)
5. Stage to release the drogue and to deploy the main chute
6. Once landed, stage to free the rover from the pallet
