I want to move server in portal. A normal plug-in will appear where you were last time, but I want to move from portal to portal. tell me what to do in this case

You can't, you can only go portal to destination, not portal to portal as well, as it only goes off of portals you have manually created with the plug-in, rather than any portal created by a player.
