'ItemStack(int, int, short)' is deprecated in InventoryIO
Mojang are moving away from IDs and so it would be wise to update this soon :)

The method in which used this code has now been deprecated. The new chest file loading system which uses Yaml files in place of txt files no longer uses this deprecated constructor.
