This plugin is NOT compatible with ExtendViewDistance 2.1.3 anymore.(https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/extendviewdistance.71025/). Specifically I think it's PacketEventCatAPI that is the source of the issue. I just updated that plugin, and got these issues in the console, so I had to restart with TabList removed:

Both of these plugins are important to my server, and I would like to have this fixed soon if possible.

This is most likely to do with PacketEventCatAPI(https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/packeteventcatapi.73756/) more than TabList, but I thought it was worth mentioning to you as well since it's only in conflict with your plugin from what I can tell.

The author of that plugin responded with an update, which seems to have resolved this issue.
