There's a bug where if a player on the survival side of a world split uses /gm, he can place creative blocks until he moves his mouse or movement keys.. so a player can cheat and look where they want a diamond block, type /gm, place diamond block(s) before they are switched out of creative mode again.

I'll be fixing that, thanks for the report.
