Email recovery system not working on new host

My AuthMe email recovery system works fine on local test server using port 587, and was working fine on the old host I was using. But now I changed the host (same server files), and is not working ("contact administrator" msg and not sending the email). Is there something I can do about it? Idk if they are blocking some ports with firewall, but I can't do nothing about it, the support is terrible and they don't help. thank you
