AuthMe doesn't support Velocity modern forwarding

What behaviour is observed?

If I have bungeecord on false and I have the bungeecord hook enabled (which will send the player to the server) it will auto disable itself and won't work.

Expected behaviour

Check if the server is running on Velocity forwarding and send the player on login to the specified server.

To Reproduce

  1. Disable bungeecord on spigot.yml
  2. Enable modern forwarding on paper-global.yml (1.13+)
  3. Enable bungeecord hook on the configuration.
  4. Console will log that bungeecord is off and will not work.
