What behaviour is observed?

Authme will turn off bungeecord option in it's config because it thinks bungeecord in spigot.yml is disabled.

Expected behaviour

No false detection from spigot.yml

To Reproduce

1. open Authme's config.yml
2. set hooks.bungeecord to true
3. start server up
