Hi. I have Autorank configured to work with OnTime, and It promotes users to next rank before they completed the requirements (on login). I tried both simple and advanced config with the same results.

What can I do? It's anoying because I have to manually check each user's rank to be sure that they have the correct one.

Also: After a demoted player finally meets the requirements I get this message:

"Meets all the requirements for rank but has no rankup"

Fixed in the latest dev build (#304), fix will be included in next Autorank build.

Hmm, I'll investigate on this issue. The problem that you get when you demote the player is because he already completed the rank and is not allowed to complete it again. You should remove the group from his progress in the playerdata.yml
