When new people join my server and use the /ar check command it just says
An internal error occured while attempting to perform this command

when I use /ar set playername 0
is replies with Player playename is unknown and couldn't be identified

Really love the plugin, make 12 ranks that takes time to reach. just don't know what's going on with it..

Could you pastebin.com the error and give the link? Also, what version of Autorank are you using?

Where can I find the error file? I'm using the 3.3 version, just saw 3.4 was released.

You'll have to look in the console to get the error.

I tried getting some friends to join and it worked on their accounts, not sure what's going on. I didn't update the .jar

Is your UUID stored in the data files?

I have a folder with the name playerdata, it contains one file, playerdata.yml. inside there's all player's uuid.

Then there's another folder called uuids with a lot of uuid files. a-z + other.
