You can do both. The main branch is up to date, and is in sync with the new version I submitted to Bukkit.
The submission is waiting for approval, but it's up to your patience.

Mavenized version has all the jars in it. Somethings wrong with the excludes I think...

This is normal, Maven uses a system library for some dependencies.
