I am having some trouble with my autorank automatic ranking,
using the Advanced Config. It won't rank up to the first after the required time but when self promoting to the second rank (first rank up), it says they have achieved the time and promotes them, and constantly keeps doing it even though they are this rank and have the correct playtime.

The name of the rank is the group they should be in to complete the requirements.
Your first group name should be 'default', because that is the group a player has to be in at that moment.

Make sure that either default is with a capital or not. Check your server.log for any errors that Autorank gives you.

Yes I realised that and fixed that. I can't access the server.log on my ftp client (Bought Host)

Also It is up to date: 2.6

Is there any way to get to the server.log? Autorank tells you high and low what is wrong, but it is all in the server.log.
You can't harm anyone with the server.log, so maybe you can try to ask your FTP host for it.

Well its there, except, you cant edit it so you cant see any of it.

Ok I now tested this, but now, whenever i type /autorank check [player] it just tells me to do that command when I just did. The plugin is green of the plugins list.

Try changing the file permissions. If its a linux server it may work.

What do you mean by that? And how?

It use to work for me until i changed the advancedconfig. As in the /ar check [name] use to work but not the automatic ranking.

Well i found an error: One of the ranks was 1 space ahead of the others so it wasnt in line.
Would that affect it? Also its not linux.
