Players get put back to default rank after server restart or daily times reset

Per Ironic_8b49 suggestion to open a ticket here. He/She felt my issue might have something to do with 1.15.2 spigot paper. Using 4.3.3 and now 4.3.1, A player ranks up then when "All daily times are reset" or a server restart, all players revert back to the default rank.
