When the Paths.yml file is incorrect (invalid YAML syntax) or corrupt (or even missing) let Autorank tell the admins that something went wrong and handle it gracefully.

Concretely, this means the following things:

• Detect when Paths.yml file is invalid and report it to an admin
• Detect when a path is missing results (or requirements) and warn an admin
• Do validation of a path on all results and requirements to make sure they are valid
