The AutoRank is not detecting players from floodgate/geyser as players and not counthing their play time. The names of the players from floodgate/geyser start with prefix "*" to avoid duplicate names in the server. So if a bedrock player has the name "Potato", then when they join the java server that is running floodgate/geyser, their name would change to "*Potato".
I hope if you can add support for the prefix * to detect floodgate/geyser players as actual players.

We also have a method in the Floodgate API to retrieve the Floodgate prefix, but you could also use the getPlayer methods.
