Plugin keeps getting disabled. I got the log.

I got the latest download., I tried deleting and restarting it, shows the startup messages in game(like the daily weekly messages), but when restarting the server I get that is disabled and to check the server.log
I used Minecraft 1.6.5
I updated to the latest spigot which I did because thinking it might be that.
