Update dev.bukkit.org with a build that has gitAPI()

I'm the developer of BossBarStatus and my users would like have support for your plugin but your build from Aug 19, 2013 is missing

public API getAPI() {
    return new API(this);
    }

In me/armar/plugins/autorank/Autorank , can you please put an updated build on dev.bukkit.org that has the getAPI()

Autorank version 2.6 should have this method in its main class.
