Add another potential configuration section, no-craft, which will provide a list of material (or material:data pairs) of items that may not be crafted by players. Aside from the granularity this provides, this also allows mapmakers to include blocks such as diamond blocks on a map as decoration or demarcation without allowing players to harvest these for resources.
