Spectators' chat messages are hidden from players when a match is in progress, but the /me command is a popular part of normal chat. This doesn't register as a chat command, and the resulting message ends up being displayed to the whole world (including players).

Hiding these messages is important, but the /me command should not be registered to the plugin. A suitable solution to this problem needs to be implemented, even if the solution is no change.
