Practice mode should only be running when there is only one team :)

@authorblues | EDIT: When a team is empty, goals are never satisfied to allow teams to practice. For maps with more than 2 teams, a deathmatch style map might not want to have to fill all teams. In this case, empty teams would never be knocked out. Therefore, the practice-mode style goals need to be disabled if there is more than one team present, to allow empty teams to be automatically knocked out.
