Any streamer should be able to hide other spectators, and go into "streamer mode" (especially important for when permissions set up incorrectly, or when an admin wants to stream, since admin permissions are less restrictive).

This does mean that they can see other streamers though, right? Because it's best for streaming purposes if streamers can see each other so viewers can get as many unique perspectives as possible and not have to see the same person on 2 different streams all the time.
