Sometimes when a player falls out of the world, the "entered the void lane" death message occurs twice. First is the normal void death; then the player respawns at the bed and immediately dies again with the same death message.

This is with the AutoRef 0.10b and the most recent SportBukkit build.

Where was the bed, in this instance? A bed at spawn? A bed in the lane?
