0.10 had no issue with this setup.

Can you try version 0.14?

(btw client side issues go best to https://bitbucket.org/caske33/autoreferee-mod/issues, it's my issue tracker for the client side mod)

Might be a launcher issue (MagicLauncher vs SKMCLauncher). In any case, thanks for the bug report.

The problem was the order of the mods in the launcher. For future reference.
