AutoReferee's documentation is always poor. Adding a tool that reads the annotations on the command suite and automatically generates docs that can be uploaded to the gh-pages branch would be a huge help. (The resulting code may not be uploaded to the repo).

Take this time to improve the quality of the documentation in general, specifically by migrating the documentation out of the GitHub wiki and into the gh-pages branch (give more control over formatting and restrictions on what can be added).
