Multiverse should work with AutoReferee in theory, but limited (sample size = 1) testing suggests that it does not. This is important, as most large servers make use of the Multiverse suite, and is therefore a major issue. Anyone with access to testing resources should report on the performance of AutoReferee under Multiverse, both with letting AutoReferee create the worlds and letting Multiverse load existing worlds.

Tested with Multiverse on my server, and things seem to be performing well. Closing this issue unless someone can produce a config that I can reproduce any compat bugs.
