Player bought this to my attention, and I watched him do it.

It requires two players.

If player A places any number of any items in the inventory of a Fass and keeps the inventory of the fass open while player B breaks the fass, he can remove the items still while player B can pick the items up off the floor.

Quite a serious issue, with no way to turn off fass leaks from what I can see in the config.
