Configurable option for 80% penetration feature and randomness

Hi Pavlov,
1) I was wondering if you could add a configurable option to projectile slow down = no penetration mechanic.

80%/0.8 i've found is too high. explosions that are 30+ blocks away result in no penetration, which for some of my projectile designs is a big issue and very limiting.

2) I was also wondering if you could add a configurable option for the randomness feature. This can also be quite limiting on some projectile designs which rely upon consistent penetration.

The ability to keep penetration consistent allowed for some pretty neat projectiles on my 1.12 server which i cannot adapt on to my 1.15.

Yeah that would be the ideal situation. One to make randomness 0 or some how remove it and one to edit the 0.8% value you have.

I decided to remove the limit and set it so a quadratic behavior. In in my long range shots the penetration did drop but only by half. I will upload this version, let me know if this works for you.
