Add the ability to do /carz refuel to refuel a car you're holding in your main hand.

Good suggestion, the way it's currently handled is the 'Car' is the one is the player is driving and would require quite a bit of work to make it work with an ItemStack.
I will keep the ticket open but it won't be done as part of this release.
