It would be great if you could link multiple streams, as well as set the alerts in the chat instead of titles because they can obstruct the view, and yeah the possibility to add a random items or mobs.

In order to support multiple streams I would have to change some things about how the Twitch integration works, but I'll give it a try since some people also requested this feature. Regarding chat alerts and titles, you can disable on-screen titles in the config and add a /msg command as an event while this kind of features improve.
I also had planned to add some kind of random events, although this will be implemented in the future.

I would like to second this request please!!
