What happened?

I've been trying to get this plugin to work for about a day now, I added the Client_id & Access_Token, and still nothing is working?

Even the /twitch commands don't work?

You mentioned that the /twitch commands are not working. This may be due to the plugin not enabling successfully. Looking at your version this may be a duplicate of #29.
Did you get the plugin from GitHub Releases or any other platform? In case you got it from anywhere else than here, please try the latest Pre-release, which is a hotfix for an issue with some recent versions of Paper.
This Pre-release version is bigger than the other versions, it's like 16MB. This is because it includes all libraries packaged in the jar file, because the issue with newer server versions was related to that. They normally get downloaded at runtime, but conflicts with other libraries of the server.
In a few days I will release a new version of the plugin that, among other things, which will solve the bug and will have a reasonable filesize.
