Hello,
It would be nice to put customs heads and not necessarily the name of a player for example put a discord or Facebook head etc...
The problem with the nickname of the person if it changes skin we are in the shit lol

i would say use NBT data:
Example:

NBT-DATA: '{SkullOwner:{Id:[I;-2118090499,36390780,-1625030656,16135986],Properties:{textures:[{Value:"eyJ0ZXh0dXJlcyI6eyJTS0lOIjp7InVybCI6Imh0dHA6Ly90ZXh0dXJlcy5taW5lY3JhZnQubmV0L3RleHR1cmUvOGFlNTJhZThjOThhYzE5ZmQwNzYzN2E0NjlmZmEyNTZhYjBiM2IxMGVjZTYyNDMxODYxODhiYTM4ZGYxNTQifX19"}]}}}'

and i recommend using Minecraft-heads.com for the nbt data on heads like Facebook etc.
