Be nice to have on furnace, to have a chests be able to push items into furnace rather than hoppers?
Maybe use the autocraft sign on furnace.
Chest on side pushs in fuel, chest on top push items to be smelted and bottom chest to be exported too? Be more compact than hoppers. Kind of like how you did autocraft with a bench?
