What is happening?

New price restrictions and discounts are not applied after running /chestshop reload.

What did you expect to happen?

The new config entries to work after reload.

Additional context

Currently only the main messages and properties are reloaded in the reload, not the config files of any module. In order to do that we need to somewhere store all modules that need to be reloaded and abstract the loading of the config out into a separate load method to reload them.
