Separate partial transaction setting for player/admin shops

Is it possible to do admin shops like that if you have 64 x diamond there is only 64 minimum sell?

The only way to achieve that currently is to disable partial transactions for all shops. (With the ALLOW_PARTIAL_TRANSACTIONS config option)
