Error while generating shop sign name

What is happening?

When attempting to create new chest shop with stripped oak wood ChestShop errors with below.

What did you expect to happen?

ChestShop create new shop with item name "Stripped Oak Wood"

Looks like the same issue as #549. Not sure yet how this worked in my testing but produces wrong cases for others 🤔
