missing language key

What is happening?
When i try to click signs in creative i see message Missing language key TRADE_DENIED_FOR_CREATIVE_MODE for locale legacy but i changed the messages in messages file.
What did you expect to happen?
How to change this message? An example "You cant use shops in creative?"

Remove the legacy local.yml file in the plugins folder to use the new languages files.
