I would like to have an additional setting in 'config.yml' file like:

world-save-interval: 15 # (seconds)

so the plugin will save all changes to disk after 15 seconds, not every second.

Chunky does not have any control over when the world saves. You would need to change this on your server.

If you happen to mean the printing interval in the config, look at the quiet command.
