Hi,

While trying to pregen a world, i experienced that when doing the following - chunky does not respect the worldborder.

Steps to reproduce:

1. /worldborder set 50000
2. /chunky worldborder
3. Chunky just sets it radius to 29999984

I'm not sure if i'm doing it wrong or something like that.
