Non so perchè, potrebbe essere un problema mio per un conflitto tra mod, ma quando avvio la generazione dei chunk, apro il menu [ESC] e poi riprendo a giocare crasha il gioco.

It could also be the Lithosphere 1.7 mod + Fabric mod.
Consider this issue a possible problem.

Don't pause the game while pre-generating. This can cause issues due to chunks not able to save.
