Okay, I downloaded it at https://github.com/jb-aero/CHTag/archive/master.zip extracted the content and added it into a new file named CHTag.jar. I hope that will work

TagAPI doesn't really work well anymore, though I guess it could be used with up to 1.7.10. It was best with servers on 1.7.5 and below, because you could change their name and color without affecting their skin.

Oh, iTag added support for 1.8 on April 7th. Nice. Still has the same significant drawbacks, though, on post-1.7.5 versions. [edit] Unless they recently got around that issue somehow.
