Running CH v1360

It mentions a BuxColors plugin, but the Dev of that plugin says this is a CommandHelper issue, and the error indeed disappears when CommandHelper is removed from plugins...

This may be fixed by now, so try it with the latest versions. If not, please provide more details about your server environment, and re-open.
