As I am unabled to load CH from start (see other bug report), I am not trying to load it live using plugman, this errors:

I am not sure what plugman is, and it's unsupported. If it doesn't start CH correctly, then this could cause this problem, but this doesn't happen using typical startup means, so without more information, I can't really do anything with this report.
