When used with Citizens it causes NPC's to unload upon restart

I'd like to use your thing but I really like using citizens to teleport people to the correct world so I'm not sure how I can have both when both of them together causes the npcs to disapear until moved back to their appropriate location
@ZaHecc this doesn't feel like a coreprotect issue, are you using any other plugins?
