Right now there is no way to track if someone clicked on the dragon egg to teleport it away. This needs to be changed/updated, because it causes quite a lot of hassle for the administration team on the server I play at and a lot more servers I've heard of. Hoppers also don't show they've taken/added the dragon egg. The boat with a chest doesn't show when the egg has been taken from it either.
