"Natural" cobblestone generators

Hey,
I am currently using Executable Items to try to make a pickaxe that has levelling fortune with blocks mined. Problem is, the blocks are not being registered as 'natural' even though they are being produced by a cobblestone generator (Iridium Skyblock). Is there a way to make these cobblestone generators register the blocks produced as natural through core protect so that executable items sees it as a natural block being broken?
