Clearing Signs of Texts does not display logs

Summary
Signs have a text logging feature, however, if a player clears all of the text on a sign there is no log showing who/what did it.
Reproduction
Place a sign with text then clear the text from the sign by right clicking it.
Check CoreProtect inspect, no logs are present.
