[Feature suggesion] Some form of native explosion logging

I know the coreprotect TNT plugin exists, but it's abandoned now and it seems strange to me that the most popular anti-griefing plugin has no default way to tell who trigged an explosion.
This could be as simple as just logging a click
action whenever a player ignites TNT and a new lure
action whenever a creeper or ghast targets a player, similar to how Prism does it.
It could also be done the same way as water is currently logged in coreprotect, where any blocks broken by the explosions get logged as being broken by the player that caused it. Just like water logs all blocks broken by it as being broken by the player who placed the bucket.
Doing it like this for explosions too would make explosion rollbacks easier as well.
The downside of this approach is that you can't tell if it's an explosion or if it was dug by hand
