CRAFTBOOK-3220 - Reported by _Krono

So I just recently have got into your plugin CraftBook and started using the custom drops feature specifically custom block drops. Well I have noticed that it only will drop the custom drops if a player breaks the block. I was wondering if you could add a option in the custom drops config to specify if it has to be a player, environment or both. What I mean by environment is say if you have a custom drop for cactus and someone makes a automatic cactus farm. It should drop the custom drops if the option is set to environment. If it is set to both then it would work if a player or if the environment broke the block. Also maybe add another option to stop players being able to exploit this by placing blocks and breaking them again to get the drops over and over again.

It's not possible to prevent a player from breaking and placing a block over and over again without logging all block transactions, which is a very expensive process. As for the rest, I'll look into adding it.
